Rob Martinez
Rob MartinezFounder & CEO
Rob is the founder and CEO of Kadence and brings more than 15 years of Software Development experience. For over 12 years, Rob has been exclusively focused on the Salesforce platform and Salesforce implementations. Today, he continues to follow and share his passion for software development and Salesforce as he leads Kadence into their 8th year.

Prior to founding Kadence, Rob worked for USAA, a large financial services company serving the military. At USAA, Rob served in various application development and leadership positions where he gained invaluable experience and training in Lean Six Sigma, Robotic Process Automation, Enterprise Integrations, and Application Governance, just to name a few.

Rob earned his degree in Software Engineering and has held the Salesforce Application Architect certification among numerous other Salesforce product-specific certifications.

Hillary Miller
Hillary MillerHead of Employee Experience
Hillary has an extensive background in Human Resources, Leadership, and all things Employee Success. She is driven by her passion for people and takes pride in providing the best employee experience possible.

Prior to joining Kadence in 2019, Hillary served in a number of HR and Management positions in both the private and government sectors. Today, she serves as Kadence’s Head of Employee Experience, where she is responsible for leading the overall human resources strategy and operations, talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, cultural development, employee engagement and retention, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.

Hillary holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business & HR Management from Texas A&M University-San Antonio and continuously aims to create workplaces that employees are proud to be a part of.

Sara Urzua
Sara UrzuaHead of Client Experience
As the Head of Client Experience for Kadence, Sara oversees the execution of the company’s Client Experience strategic plan. This includes implementing Client Experience strategies that have resulted in exemplary client satisfaction, retention, and growth rates. She is a proven servant leader and a highly adaptable communicator with the ability to work with diverse management styles.

Before joining Kadence, Sara gained over 17 years of people and project leader experience at USAA financial services. She earned multiple opportunities to develop future leaders within the banking, insurance and investments groups. With her exceptional experience, Sara is committed to delivering a memorable client experience.

Sara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and a Masters in Organizational Development & Leadership from the University of the Incarnate Word. Sara brings over 20 years of Client Experience and Leadership experience.
