Overview
When new leads come into your Salesforce org, they’ll be assigned to corresponding queues according to company/employee size. You can then assign business development reps to the queues so they’ll work leads according to the company/employee size they should be handling.

“Kadence was a great partner to us during our service cloud implementation. They were very knowledgeable, but perhaps more importantly in this day and age, they were dedicated. When something didn’t work, they found a solution. When something became urgent, they fixed it quickly.”
“Five stars from the team at IPP Improved Piping Products! Kadence Collective has been a great partner providing our team with ongoing Salesforce Support for about 10 months now. Most of my team were new users, with the help of Kadence, my team is amazing with Salesforce. They go above and beyond.”
“As our company grew, so did our need to utilize more robust systems and applications. Kadence took our homegrown Scheduling Application originally built in Excel and developed the same functionality within Salesforce. We now have a reliable, scalable application that supports the needs of our growing company.”
“Kadence was so amazing and helpful with narrowing the focus of what our business needed. They worked tirelessly to walk us through the uncertainty of the project and implemented our Sales Cloud org, mobile app, and Salesforce Maps integration. We are also using Kadence for Phase 2 of our project because of how amazing they are!”
“Kadence is the absolute best, and I could not be more pleased with my experience! Our company was completely new to Salesforce, trying to implement during a period of rapid growth while our workflows/processes/protocols were in a state of flux. Kadence Collective is a phenomenal resource and has become an integral part of our team.”
“They really understand what it means to ‘partner’ with your customers. We had an implementation with a previous company that went painfully wrong. We worked closely with our Salesforce Success Manager and they referred us to Kadence Collective. From our initial discovery meeting, I knew that I wanted to work with the team.”
